GID証明書（手術の推薦状）の規則が変わります！

１０月２８日からGID証明書（手術の推薦状）は日本人の精神科医だけでなく
タイ人の精神科医からの証明書も必要になるそうです。

この話をはっきりさせるべく、ガモンクリニックとヤンヒー病院に問い合わせをしてみました。
下記はガモンクリニックで受付として働くジャルワンさんからの返答です。

タイの医療会議により新しい規則ができました。ＳＲＳ手術を受けるには少なくとも２通の
精神療法士、精神科医、精神分析医からの証明書が必要になります。
ガモン先生は、患者さんと会い、推薦状を確認したあとでタイ人の精神科医に
会う必要があるかどうか決定します。この規則は１１月２８日から適用されます。

There are new regulations by the Medical Council of Thailand
that SRS surgery needs at least two letters from Psychiatrist / Psychotherapist / Psychologist.
Dr. Kamol will advice again after seeing patient’s referral letters
if they need to see Thai psychiatrist or not.
This regulation starts from November 28, 2009.

+++ About GID certificates from Japanese doctor +++
（日本人医師からのＧＩＤ証明書について）

We do not have a list of psychiatrist hospital in Japan. 
Please send the referral letters from your clients’ doctors
for Dr. Kamol’s case-by-case review.
Along with the referral letter(s), having doctor(s)’s history
/ certificate in Psychiatry / Psychotherapy would be helpful for Dr. Kamol
to know more about the clients’ doctors.

日本人精神科医師のリストのようなものはありません。
まずはかかりつけの医師の推薦状を送ってください。ケースによりガモン先生が判断します。
推薦状に加えて、ドクターの経歴、精神科医であることの証明書があれば
ガモン先生はかかりつけの医師について判断しやすいでしょう。

About psychiatry, We should go to rama 9 hospital?
Yes, you make an appointment with Dr. Wittaya Wanpen at Rama 9 Hospital.
Right now, there is another female psychiatrist (Dr. Rasmon Kalayasiri)
working at Rama 9 Hospital.
You can make appointment with either Dr. Wittaya as first contact
and then Dr. Rasmon.

Can guest take the interview with plastic surgery doctor
and psychiatry at same day before operation?
Normally we recommend our patients to arrive 1-2 days
before the surgery for a consultation and Psychiatrist appointment.
But having all these on the same day could be done also,
depending on an appointment you made with a psychiatrist.

（J）はい。ラマ９世病院のウィッタヤーワンペン医師の予約を取ってください。

今、同病院で働く女性の精神科ラズモンカラヤシリ医師にも声をかけています。
ウィッタヤーワンペン医師の予約を取り、その後にラズモン医師の予約が取れるでしょう。

（平井）ゲストは美容整形と精神科の両医師の術前面談を同じ日に受けることは可能ですか。       

（J）通常、私たちはお客様に手術の１－２日前に到着し、精神科の予約を取ることをお勧めします。
しかし、同日に両医師の面談を受けることも可能だと思います。
精神科医の面談が取れるかどうか、にかかっています。

ちなみにヤンヒー病院の総合窓口として働くカルメンさんの回答は以下。

Dr. Sukit will meet us in the next few days to tell us what to do and
what are the requirements. I will let you know as soon as possible.

ドクタースキットからの回答を待てとのことですな。

いずれにせよ、
１）かかりつけ日本人医師の推薦状（GID証明書）を提出しガモン先生の指示を仰ぐ
２）ドクターから依頼があった場合は精神科医の診察の予約を取る
予約は２０００バーツです。
となりそうです。はっきりしたことが決まったらまたお知らせしまぁす。
